What therapy looks like.
To get started, schedule a free 15-minute consult. This gives us a chance to see if your therapy needs and my therapy services align. If it is a good fit, we will schedule an initial intake to further discuss your therapy needs and treatment goals. In subsequent sessions, we will discuss a treatment plan, introduce coping skills, and begin therapy.
Below are the therapies I provide:

dialectical behavior therapy skills
acceptance and commitment therapy

Flexible connection.
I offer telehealth appointments through a secure, user-friendly platform. You will need a device and wifi, and will need to be presently located in the state of Virginia during sessions.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Virginia insurance. Paying through your insurance is simple and I can provide information on your co-pay prior to your first session.
If you are paying out of pocket, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if applicable.
